There is a wealth of artistic talent in this area and as a co-ordinating body for individuals and organisations (amateur and professional) in all fields of the arts we will endeavour to bring to your attention the latest information.

TACTILE TEXTILES 2008

This Open exhibition for Textile Artists (individuals or groups) is aimed at the visually impaired and also children. The idea behind the exhibition is to provide a stimulating and exciting experience by enabling visitors to touch the exhibits. When we are working with textiles we are constantly handling them, but as soon as they are put into an exhibition “Please do not touch” signs are displayed.
